It does exactly what is says in the title, its simple to understand and doesn’t have you cooking for an hour or more the night before making over complicated meal plans to fuel your ride or even your lifestyle. The explanations are really good on what foods do what and the meal planner, as a guide, is great and easy to follow. Nearing the end of my first week following the guide and already feel less bloated and have more energy for those rides!

All this while i have thought of doing the right thing with my cycling habits till i met this program,i began to understand better and will try to improve my riding style and techniques.

Ive just begun the program, ill tell you in three months, but after my first week, i really like it. I use to go to the gym regularly for the last 5 years, i always try to work 90 nin, 4-5 days per week, not to bulk, but to have strength for my rides. I ride 2-3 times per week, 2-4 hours each. After this 1st week, i feel muscles that i havent felt before. So far, great program!!

Just what i have been waiting for/trying to find for a long time I bike and do the gym but wanted to work on my nutrition but finding it hard to work through all the infomation Love the layout, content and the simplicity

Fantastic very and straight forward and easy to understand. Have already lost 45kg and stupidly simple nutrition will help with maintain that loss whilst still eating correctly whilst continuing to mtb. From the 1st June I am commencing the 12 week fitness plan. Cheers Nigel

I did not want to write a review until I finished reading the book and doing some work applying the knowledge I got. Before, sometimes I felt full of energy at the beginning of the ride but then had energy crash, very frequently. I am learning what protein is and how bad my (and my family’s) feeding was! This is my first week applying the new knowledge from this book and the change is significant! Got a lot of PR, but most important I am feeding much better and my energy level is high throughout the ride!
