A lot of the information in the booklet is kid of common sense but I did get a lot out of it I didn't know ! . I'm still reading it and learning . Good stuff

Simplistic oversight for overall nutrition for bike riders, before, during and after rides. Assists in everyday food choices and could be of benefit to less active people to.
