Best advice was the importance of not only eating but the type of food I should be eating/drinking before, during and after my rides. I now know why I was flagging after 2 hours in the saddle!!!

I bought the nutrition and the 12 week program. I just started it and learned a lot just from reading through it. I’m in my 2nd week but the weather hasn’t been conducive to going outside on the bike to see if I have any improvements yet.
