The Stupidly Simple Nutrition for Mountain Bikers is very good and easy to understand. Trying to implement as much as I can but that is very difficult while in Lockdown ans not having free range of foods to access, especially while the adult kids have moved home and help themselves to everything

Stupidly Simple . pretty catchy but accurate. Made easy nutrition guide and information for the Mountain biker who wants to get to the top of the hill first. Tired of dragging ass.. probably need to eat and hydrate better! Sure wish it was a little nicer in the beer drinking tho! Haha

I was always going to buy this programme based on other reviews I have read. So on the cancellation of a shoulder operation due to the covid-19 outbreak I thought now was as good a time as any. I have just completed week 1 and already I have noticed a change in myself. The very first session you have to hold a plank for 60 seconds three times. I managed 35 seconds on my first attempt. Then around 25 seconds for the second 2 efforts. Then Friday when you have to repeat the same set I managed all 3 planks for a minute each. This in its self was super rewarding and has made me realise that this is actually possible to loose the weight and make the lifestyle changes that I need to make. The nutrition guide is also extremely helpful. Matt has been great too. Answering all my tedious emails and being super encouraging. Week 2 doesn't seem as daunting anymore. Sure it's hard work and makes you sweat. But having Matt encouraging you and the wider group to fall back on when you feel a bit low is reassuring. Thanks Matt and the rest of the MTB community.
