Excellent structured program. I was falling on doing my workouts again and again without real structure. This program really motivates me and is helping me to work my weak and strong points.

It's addicitive! You need some discipline but the reward is great. After finishing the 12 week programme, my general fitness level is so much higher than before. It still surprises me every ride! So when Covid hit us, there was only one thing to do, continu with the 16 week programme, which is also easy to do at home. Though, but rewarding! Thanks Matt and keep up the good work. Love the positive fibe! Chris (Netherlands)

2nd time round on the 12 week programme, will be starting the 16 week programme in about 8 weeks to peak at the Cape 2 Cape at Margaret River Western Australia. Awesome training programmes, Thanks.

I am one week three of the 12 week program and I already notice a difference while on the bike! Can't wait to see where I end up after completing both programs!

Like I said on the 12 week review it’s not much point asking 1 week after someone has purchased a 16 week program how good it is. I have done one week and it looks good but can’t comment on how good the 16 weeks will be until I finish. The reason I am doing this review now is it’s the only way to stop the constant reminder emails about completing the review.

As an unfit, overweight mountain bike rider I have enjoyed the 12 week plan and gained a lot of understanding of my weaknesses. This 16 week plan is a big step up and I may have to repeat the 12 week plan to get to the starting point. The plans need a lot of commitment to complete 5 sessions per week in addition to riding. The workouts are structured so each session fits with the rest of the week so core and upper body as well as legs and balance are developed. Changing the exercises every 2 weeks means they never get boring and your progress doesn’t plateau. I hope this plan works as well as the 12 week one. The content of these plans is amazing value. I have joined a gym and bought a turbo trainer, both make the plan more effective but are not essential.
