Maybe don't take a rest before embarking on the 16 week programme. It tough but thats why we are here

After completing the 12-week program a couple of times I felt it was time to step it up a notch and wow 1 week in and I am already feeling better.

I completed the 12 week course twice. I'm now in the 16 week program and I really like the new format and the intensity. I'm getting faster and loving it! Highly recommended

After completing the 12 week programme a number of times I decided to push myself with the 16week program. The program is well laid out and easy to follow. The goal setting section is great. I am only 1 day in but looking forward to the challenge. It is a step up from the 12 week program but definitely manageable with some effort.

Loved the 12 week programme and made real measurable gains! I think the 12 week videos re the exercises are better than those linked with the 16 week program due to audio explanations not available in the 16. I’m in early days but I’m excited to see how things progress
