So far not clear how to follow the program and a bit confused on the bike part. I am not clear on who to ask questions and thought this was going to be more interactive which provides a bit of motivation

So far it seams to be a pretty well thought out work out program specifically designed for mountain bikers for less than the cost of one personal training session at the gym. I’d say that’s a pretty good value!

In week 3 of the program and already feeling much better. I appreciate the clarity and resources provided, not to mention the support community. This is a well thought-out and well put together program. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to feel better on and off the bike.

I'm just getting started with this. I'm an old engineer so I don't deal well with fluff and platitudes and so far this seems to be solid. It has the feel of someone that has real experience with this and not just throwing stuff out to see what sticks. I'm glad to see that it is pretty blunt about being honest with yourself about where you are and what you can accomplish. It then builds structure around that. I think that is what I need most right now.

I am just starting the program and have read through it all. I can not speak to the activities or results yet as I have not started, but to be honest it is a bit confusing and complex so far. I have to flip back and forth between different schedules and charts constantly. Also, clicking on the links in the PDF too watch videos on my browser is difficult to go back and forth. It would be much easier to follow along with the program if it was just laid out in a format that said day one do this, day two do this, ect. and had short (30 second) quick access videos imbedded to show proper form of each exercise. I would think this could be web based and/or app based. I have an app called VShread that does just this and I can follow along right on my IPhone. Makes it easy. Anyway, just some thoughts. I think the content is great, it's just hard to use. Thanks, David

kann leider noch nichts dazu sagen. Muss mit dem Training warten, bis meine Platte am Schlüsselbein wieder raus ist :-) Danach aber Vollgas um im April wieder fit zu sein. Danke
