Week one and so far so good. A little different than my previous programs but I think I'm going to enjoy this 12 week journey.

Onto week 3 and I have to admit it’s one of the first training programmes I look forward to doing every week. Well worth the money cannot wait to see the benefits at the end if I’m already seeing them now

Just started the program so hard to give a full five stars when I don't know the final impact; however, the program is very clear and easy to use with great descriptions/examples for each of the exercises. The interval training looked pretty straight forward but I can't believe how long 2 min at 100 pedals/min seems to take!

The programme is easy to follow and can be scaled to suit a range of abilities. I’ve done a lot of training previously but was able to just use more weight in the gym or harder resistance in the intervals than a novice trainer might. It reminded me of a few exercises and body parts I’d been missing in my own plans and gave me new motivation to start pushing my training again when I had got a bit jaded.
