I wish there was a clear and proper demonstration on how to perform the exercises.

Excellent program. Having some gym equipment at home as well as the resistance bands, allows me to mix n match different exercises that I don’t have equipment for. There is just so much you can do with this program! Once the snow is gone, I’m sure I’ll be flying down the trail AND have way better control and movement on the bike!

5 days in, exercises linked to youtube simplifies this greatly, the daily stretches push you too, too early to tell how this translates to the bike but nice to have a plan to follow rather than making it up for yourself.

Download and read through, all self explanatory with hints and tips via YouTube clips. 3 days and a rest day completed. Its tough!!!! The only muscles that don't ache are those in my face!!!!!

I didn't read through the programme yet. I got sick the day after I downloaded it and couldn't get on with it for 2 weeks. I am busy reading and just the way it's written I gave you a 5/5

Very good on the whole, would be good to have some more detail on the exercises within the doc rather than having to open YouTube links and watch the explainer video each time.
