“Overall I like the program but there are two things that stand out to me. Most of the workouts are back to back and majority of the time the two exercises given are hard to do in a packed gym or the equipment is really far away from each other to superset. I have been to multiple gyms where this is the case. Also the example videos are long. I really just want to see the movement first and then you can explain later, instead I have to watch a 5 min video in the middle of my workout if I forget what a certain exercise is called.”
“I only just started doing this training program, but reading through it I can see that it is very well made and thorough. Over the winter I didn't do much riding, so I'm going to have to slow down the pace a bit in the beginning so I can get back in shape first. But I feel like this program is really easy to use, even if you need to alter it a bit. Definitely well worth the money!”
