“Just wanted to say what a difference the program has made. I tore the minuscule in my knee and am waiting for an op but decided to try the program and it has made a huge difference to my knee pain and strength! I have a lot less pain and the doctor told me it would make a massive difference after the op as well. This is the first time I have followed a plan and enjoy the variation. Compared to the plans my daughter paid a lot of money for when riding seriously yours seems to be looking at more than just cycling strength.
