I’d always seen mtbfitnessuk around with some adverts here and there but never thought much about. So at a demo day in Dalby some guy (Matt) comes running over to ask and chat about my bike (2018 Yeti SB6 Turq). Didn’t mention a thing about his company, just wanted to chat bikes but the mtbfitness hoodie did reawaken my mind to his program. If he’d of been selling me his program and such I doubt I’d of been bothered but he was a genuine nice guy who liked bikes first, I thought I’d check it out. So I’m 5 weeks in I believe and I feel this is a ideal point to share my views. Program is brilliant. Mixing exercises up every session (they come in 2 week packs, yourll only ever do the same session twice in 12 weeks!!). They target specific mtb muscles groups and just throw all round fitness tasks at you. The science and thought into the plan is spot on and allows flexibility and your own little touches into it to tailor make it for yourself even more. Main reason I took the course having done some research and having chatted with Matt on social media before hand was down to the kind of guy Matt is and that showed me a lot about the program before I even saw it. It also offers great flexibility between home and gym workouts which is perfect for me in my travelling job where a gym is not always at hand. Plus it’s finally got me doing interval training which is probably the biggest benefit towards my current fitness as I’ve always been fit but this has helped reach the next level. I’ve rediscovered the love for exercise and being fit and in turn made me love biking even more than before! Cheers for a epic program and all else you do for your customers. Cheers to another 7 weeks til I’m done and onwards.

Fantastic value for money. Really comprehensive and interactive, which helps as I didn't have a clue about some of the exercises. And the follow up support is excellent too. Just need an mtb fitness jersey.........

Matt has done what others could not...Apply his experience of two worlds, Mountain Biking and Physical Toughness Training to teach the rider “The How To” of achieving his or her own maxim potential of the individual’s developed attributes in the sport regardless of your riding styles (DH, XC, or free ride) the key to success is found in how you prepare your self! Really pleased with this plan. It truly the works muscle groups you need to develop. The routines allow you to work different muscle groups each time, so you remain strong. Very well structured and the video links are a massive help. Buy it and change your life!

So good. The programme makes sense, is doable within a busy work schedule, is not too time consuming and most of all seems to work. Downsides - mostly sore muscles I had long forgotten! Mainly down to my lack of fitness! We shall see how it effects my MTB riding, but as a slightly more mature gent I can only see this programme as beneficial👍

Tonnes of information and very easy to follow. Just a new start to mtb but already seeing results. Would highly recommend!

Been down the route of training routines before, no other pack outlined the importance of goal setting or going into the detail of why you are doing it. Amazing online support community. Well done Matt!!
