I’ve always wanted to be better but when it comes to gyms and workouts I’ve never really known what was right so usually ended up wasting my money on the membership. Having this plan is great! Gives me something to follow that specific to MTB and in 3 weeks have already noticed gains on the bike. Stoked. Still getting to grips with the exercises but first impressions are very positive, this looks really good and I strongly recommend it to anybody who is a keen mountain biker wanting to raise their game.

The plan is well laid out and the logic behind it is clearly explained. Every exercise has a video. I'd say it's good value.
