It is great to find a mountain biking specific plan and also to be at such a great price. The only downside is that there isn't much support. There is a facebook group but your questions are answered by amateurs like me who are making it up as they go along. Matt, the owner occasionally answers. I wrote him an email but never got a reply but I imagine he gets a lot of emails and is very busy and what do I expect for 30 pounds

Nearly a week in to the program and loving the ease of how to plan my own weeks training based on the exercises Matt describes. Everything aches but improvement doesn’t come from the sofa! You won’t be disappointed in your purchase if you choose MTB Fitness.

Although only 2 weeks in, this is giving me the motivation to actually go to the gym, and train with some focus, and an end goal. Brilliant idea.
