Only started using the manual so early days. However already tweaking my training as suggested esp in the gym. Be better placed in a months time.

Great program, one very small gripe and you may be able to help. I suffer back problems and was hoping their were more stretching focused around common cycling issues. I guess this is not what the 12 week challenge is about. My bad, I do look forward to working through the program as this does give me way better ideas and focus.

I find the program easy to use and follow, it set out in such a way that allows flexibility around my home life. I also like how Matt is not just focused on the exercise but spends a lot of time on how important mindset is. Would definitely recommend if your serious about getting fitter on and off the bike.

Not started the 12 week programme as of yet but I have read through it and it seems really well set out. Looking forward to starting it and seeing the results that I benefit from it at the end and then hopefully start the next plan after. Good work Matt. Cheers, Callum

I bought this plan after receiving the emails from Matt for some time and thought I'd give it a blast. I like that it has the option to be done either in the gym or at home, as I was initially going to do it in the gym, but it turns out it was going to be easier to do it at home. I wasn't sure how good the bodyweight exercises would be as I do plenty of climbing and road miles, but how wrong I was! I don't think my glutes have really ached before, but they did after these exercises! I also like the turbo sessions working on cadence, as I feel this is a weak point for me. I love how down to earth the plan is, and there's plenty in there to motivate you. Also the Youtube links in the pdf file are a massive help to the exercises if you're unsure. All in all, Matt has made a top job of a comprehensive, flexible guide that I can't wait to see the results from!
