Just starting week 2. I like the little videos of each exercise so that you can check your form, unfortunately the links do not work on my Kindle tablet, but they work fine on my phone. I like that there is room for complete newbies like me, as well as fitter individuals. A way to bookmark the plan so that you don't have to scroll through the whole thing to get to your week would be useful, but that's a minor frustration. The Facebook page is a great source of support and info if you have any quick queries, with prompt responses overseen by Matt himself.

I have found this plan to be a great starting point for myself and like the way it is explained and layed out, very informative and the emails and updates from matt are good too.

The program is fantastic, just the motivation i needed, i was above average fitness for 49 yo. MTB fitness has taken my bike fitness to another level.
