The pdf with embedded YouTube videos for the activities is worth while but a little cumbersome. I would rather have a series of quick reference still photos with coaching ques than having to click and open a link.

Just what I needed. Matt has provided loads of information making understanding the plan very easy. Sticking to the plan is your own problem! I'm only just starting week 3 but so far I haven't missed a beat but work is going to get in the way a little this week. So some juggling of my sessions will be required. Thankfully the Home Plans can be done in the smallest of hotel rooms so I should be able to stay on track. Good work Matt.

I am 2 weeks in to this programme and I think its fantastic! I've noticed massive differences already and actually want to train....! It is hard work, but so rewarding. Cant wait to see how it improves my riding in another 10 weeks.

A really well laid out pdf book, full of information and explanation of reasons behind exercise to improve your MTB journey. I look forward to getting stuck into the program and see what results I get ready for the southern enduro series.
