Hi there I have just started reading the manual, so cannot comment on any results. However, what I have read thus far seems to be spot-on, and it is now just up to me to have the discipline to execute the plan. I have not yet started just read through program as instructed. Looks interesting and I like the structure that's why I purchased it . Hopefully in 12 or so weeks i'll have achieved my goal of not being at the back of a climb!

Just purchased and have started week 1. This plan is fantastic value for money. The exercises are very easy to follow and everything is very well explained. A good purchase for anyone looking to improve their fitness and wanting to make their workouts more specific for their biking goals!

I start this week, this plan seems simple to realize , time is the more importante problem ... 6 trainings for week... with work family kids find time is the harder party of this plan but id I want to get better it's the only way🤗
