“After my husband insisted for 6 years to do cycling, last year I decided to do enduro. The main reason why I did not bike was that extreme tiredness in the rises where my heart almost came out.
During this year, I have gradually become resistant and I have finally started pedaling a bit, the descent is good for me but I still tired when pedaling.
A month ago I entered an Enduro race in which I had to climb pedaling to do the descents and it was very hard for me, I managed to finish but I did not enjoy the race as I would have liked because of the fatigue.
So, I decided to buy the program, I've been doing it for 2 weeks. Thanks to stretching, strength exercises and intervals I really feel the difference. I did not think my ppm could get so high! Last Thursday I made a climb with my husband in which I always died and this time we were talking. I feel stronger, more agile, with better physical condition and above all with greater flexibility and mobility.
I recommend it! just keep in mind that half is the program and half are you to follow it as it should be ;)”
