Hi Matt, just at the end of this rewarding program and have lost a total of 10kg and 4% body fat and most of all riding my Mt bike a lot more confident and feeling more relaxed on the bike. Your program is definitely a great investment not only to all Mt Bikers but anyone that wants to take their fitness to the next level. I have been letting everyone know about your program when they see the changes in me. If you ever get Down Under to Oz would really like to catch up. I’m going to do the 12 week program again and then follow it up by purchasing the advanced program. Thank you once again for developing such a rewarding and satisfying fitness program for the whole Mt biking community around the globe.

The video clips are really helpful for someone who is a bit nervous in the gym - I look like I know what I'm doing so thanks! Feeling fitter and stronger already after 3 weeks.
