This plan has been hard, I'm not going to lie, but that's what you want, right? It's made a huge impact to my riding as I worked my ass off over the winter and now it's getting warmer, I'm loving it. I like that the plan explains the different stages of training, too.
If I had one suggestion for Matt it would be maybe a wee explanation of how a particular exercise or set will affect you - for example "a strong back helps with xyz when you're riding" and "DB rows help with this muscle group, which helps xyz". A small thing, really, and mainly just for interest!
