This is the best money spent on any mountain bike product out there. My results have been nothing short of amazing. The nutrition guide has been a huge help in understanding what I used think was rocket science. I can't wait to complete the program and start the 16 week program. Very well put together program specific to mountain biking. The nutrition guide is probably the best information I have had in a long time in regards to diet and is as it says "stupidly simple!" If you are on the fence about this program, get it. It works!!!!!!!!!!!

About to start the 12 week program at the start of. Is easy to understand and straight forward. I am wanting to maintain my weight at 80kg whilst improving my stamina. Will report back in three months.

Looking forward to seeing some results. Enjoying th fb support group. What I’d really like is a video (with music) for both the weight program and the interval training!

Easy to follow plan with lots of tips to help you along the way. The short videos help a lot with getting your form spot on with the weight training. Like the flexibility incorporated ito home vs gym training.
