What I'd really have liked is audio on the videos, to describe how to perform each exercise with good form, and what common mistakes to avoid with each one..
Perhaps I'm a bit harsh considering it's at such an accessible price and undoubtedly took significant effort & experience to create; but if people are completely inexperienced in the gym it might be difficult to know exactly how to perform the exercises correctly (without having to do Internet searches to find out..).”
