I am only in week two but I have to say this is great value for money, I also believe that the commitment to purchasing the program helps mentally.
I generally visit the gym 2-3 times a week but there is no way I was working out the way I am on this program.
I am excited to see how far I can take it, I have about 20kg to lose and I feel confident that I can do it with this structure.

“Gives you multiple ways to follow the program. I live out in the country so Its hard for me to go to the gym. I do have a small workout room with resistance band's. I can use my smart trainer if I can't get on the bike that week. It's a well thought out program that's for sure.”

“Serious foot injury so needed something to motivate me. A bit basic for my needs but us aimed at everyone so this is not a criticism. Loved the new way to train 'weights' using the A,B,C method. Ouch!! Like the progression in the interval and up to week 4 so loving it. The only issue I find is that the weekly routines are sort of suggested rather than in stone. I like a bit more set in stone structure with the occasional bail out session. All in all, totally worth the money.”
