I have been looking at buying this program for a while but have been burnt in the past by low value and even scam programs so I was cautious. After joining the Facebook group and seeing the results that others were getting I decided I would give it a go. After reading a post from Matt explaining the difference between exercising and training I was sold. I am only in week two but I have to say this is great value for money, I also believe that the commitment to purchasing the program helps mentally. I generally visit the gym 2-3 times a week but there is no way I was working out the way I am on this program. I am excited to see how far I can take it, I have about 20kg to lose and I feel confident that I can do it with this structure. If you are sitting on the fence like I was just do it, I wish I had signed up when I first looked at it. Keep up the good work Matt.

Gives you multiple ways to follow the program. I live out in the country so Its hard for me to go to the gym. I do have a small workout room with resistance band's. I can use my smart trainer if I can't get on the bike that week. It's a well thought out program that's for sure.

The intervals need to reference power or heart rate rather than cadence. The weight lifting program is good.

Two weeks into the training an I am starting to see results in the strength in my legs already. Bit to early to review properly yet but I can see its definitely going to improve my fitness an strength

Serious foot injury so needed something to motivate me. A bit basic for my needs but us aimed at everyone so this is not a criticism. Loved the new way to train 'weights' using the A,B,C method. Ouch!! Like the progression in the interval and up to week 4 so loving it. The only issue I find is that the weekly routines are sort of suggested rather than in stone. I like a bit more set in stone structure with the occasional bail out session. All in all, totally worth the money.

Very basic exercise science with not enough guidance on correct form. A good resource for people with no understanding of training but not worth the money if you've ever played organised sport before.

Brilliant program, that is adaptable for anyone. A lot of attention to detail has gone into designing this, and it just works!!! Easy to follow, clear and precise.
