I’ve requested a printer friendly copy so I can print off programme easier, as I’m dyslexic and find it better to process. But haven’t heard back from Matt yet...hence the 4*”

“A comprehensive program, no doubt, but I feel it maybe aimed more toward someone in their 20/30's. Some of the exercises look a touch hard gping.
