Only just getting started on programme...but like how it’s written and delivered, though gym sections a little confusing until you get your head around it. I’ve requested a printer friendly copy so I can print off programme easier, as I’m dyslexic and find it better to process. But haven’t heard back from Matt yet...hence the 4*

Havnt got into the plan properly yet been on holiday but I can say it looks amazing and cant wait to get into the plan and start improving fitness and mtb skills😀🚵‍♂🚵‍♂

A comprehensive program, no doubt, but I feel it maybe aimed more toward someone in their 20/30's. Some of the exercises look a touch hard gping. Willing to give it a try tbough, so my review may change once I get more into it.

I’ve just finished week one and followed the program exactly as it told me to. The program makes totally sense and yes I believe I will be a much stronger rider at the end of it. It’s also important to watch what and when you eat.

Just started, I will review after 6 weeks of the program and then 12 - so far, very well set out and easy to follow, but not easy.....if you know what I mean

After only 2 weeks in, the program is easy to follow. I am doing the home based training and it is flexible enough to fit in and around family life. Bring on the next 10 weeks!
