There are exercises in this program I have never heard of let alone had an idea how to do them. I would have loved it if the workout/stretch names to were 'clickies', in digital format, that lead to a short video or pictures of how to perform each exercise.”
Hey Jared, I've just seen this review, sorry I missed it earlier. The Programme works exactly as you want it to. If you click the name of each exercise you are taken to a private demo video for each exercise and stretch. If you need more help drop me an email to matt@mtb.fitness
