I am looking forward to start with the programme. I have only read positive feedback on the facebook group. I have been active all my life but only started MTB 6 months ago. Super excited to get the benendits from the programme to improve my MTB!!

Was looking for a way to update my gym workouts and at the same time improve my mountain biking. Been on the training program for 2 weeks and found it very comprehensive and easy to follow. Would like to have links to stretches and exercises that give descriptions and are printable along with the YouTube links.

After struggling to motivate myself for months this guide and the nutrition guide have allowed to kickstart my training for 2020. I’m planning on completing the London to Brighton off road ride and these programmes are going to get me there I’m sure.
