Hey Matt, I bought this program for two main reasons. First, was to improve myself on endurance/climbing. Second, the workouts are well structured and its easier to get my wife to do them with me. She's not anywhere near into biking as me, but so far she is enjoying the plan! I also may have bribed her with a shopping spree at her favorite boutique.. but that's besides the point. I feel like it's a great workout for anyone wanting to slim down or improve their general fitness, regardless of their interest in biking. Great work!

Seems like a great program. I am struggling a bit with the ramp up, but feeling stronger and healthier after one week. Highly recommend joining the FB group as well. Can't wait for the snow to melt to see/feel the change!

The program is awesome. My only critique is the booklet good benefit from an editor's eye to clean up some confusing language. Otherwise loving the actual training sessions!

I bought the plan a couple of weeks ago but due to Xmas and my birthday I have only just started. The gym plan certainly looks better and my affective than the home plan, unfortunately I will have to do both due to working away. I’ve just turned 60 and recovering from a stroke so I want the plan to kick start my year with a view to several challenges both off road and on We’ll see how I do

Bought both training and nutrition mid last week and have been reading up so i was good to hit ground running this week - easy to follow - especially love the links to you tube for exercise tuition - ive made a plan to keep me on straight and narrow and im combining sessions to fit in with life - hopefully results will follow
