“Only on week 2 and already seeing improvements in my riding technique especially with the icey and snowy conditions :cloud_with_snow::snowman_with_snow:️:cloud_with_snow: of canada”
“Only on week 2 but it’s so far very motivating following a structured course, it’s very well laid out and weirdly pushes you without having someone there with you. I used to be very self motivated but after a big crash and then wait for an operation then a lengthy rehab all motivation was lost. With the aid of this course I now have the bit back between my teeth 🤙🏻”
“So after months and months of putting off buying the programme I finally went ahead and did it. I’m into my second week of the how work out plan and I’m really enjoying it, I also drastically changed my diet too as that was a big part of the reason I was unfit. The plan has also give me that push I needed to get back out and ride I had my first ride out on Sunday after not being out for around a year and also I’m hoping it’ll help me a little with my snowboarding. I’m already seeing massive gains Ive dropped from 13st to 12.7stone now in a little over a week just by sticking to the training and cutting out all the rubbish from my diet. Really happy with this plan it’s so simple to follow and every exercise has a link to a video so you never get stuck. I’m going to finish the 12 week plan at home then hopefully get a gym membership and start the gym plan.
I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking to get fitter on the bike I was unsure at first but now I’m thinking it could be the best purchase I’ll make all year”
“Very simple to execute, but very well done program. It has only been 2 weeks since I started, but can feel it's going to make a huge difference on my fitness.
Thanks”
“After utilizing this program for two weeks I have been pleased with both the gyms workouts and interval training offered.
However, it is my belief that providing the programs on a digital format would prove to be much more beneficial to the user. I would love to see the programs on an app instead of just a PDF document. This would negate the printing and hole punching of over 100 pages (for two programs) and carrying a full size binder into the gym. A digital format would also allow the user to track progress over time to see where you were versus where you’re at currently. Purchasers also need to be aware that if you aren’t familiar with working out in a gym that you’ll need to do some research as to what some of the exercises are and how to perform them. I also found that as a North American purchaser I wasn’t completely familiar with some of the language used so be prepared to do a bit of interpretation. Clearly an app could provide this guidance and clarification and when/if it is offered I’ll be the first to step up and purchase it. Thus a two star review so far.
All said, I’m looking forward to completing the 12 week program that should see me improving my stamina on the trails.”
