first time on the bike since starting this program and I’m amazed at the results so far doing more miles in shorter time with less rest stops! Can’t wait to see the results after 12 weeks!

Doing the programme for the second time round having been dragged to the gym by my husband for the first 12 weeks. I Used to Hate gyms - but living this. Seeing real progress in the gym and on the bike. Great product.

Once i had read the document and absorbed the content I planned out when I can fit it all in. I picked the gym sessions as it added a much needed and focus and structure to my gym sessions. I’ve gained a lot out of this in the past two weeks, interestingly the hardest parts were the ones that looked easiest. Bosu ball single leg balances after a leg session........ouch. Looking forward to the weeks ahead and seeing how it transfers on to my analogue bike and helps me improve.
