I'm on week 4 of the program and just over the last week I've seen massive improvements. I used to not be able to ride my local trail (4 miles and 400 ft in elevation) without stopping for several breaks. Just today I rode it without stopping once. The program definitely works.

Unnecessarily confusing, so much information in the PDF not specific to the actual training plan. Instead of having to watch multiple videos and patch it together to DIY a plan it would be much better to have some options laid out. Some brief descriptions of the exercises/stretches would be helpful too to jog the memory as most of them I've never heard of. Probably more suited to someone who already goes to a gym

It’s great for someone new to training, with that being said if you have a solid foundation or are already on a regimented plan it’s difficult to work in this training. I was looking for new workouts to incorporate into my existing routine and I probably won’t get much use out of it. I am not new to weight training or interval training kinda my fault for buying into something I already had a solid understanding of.

It looks good from the reading and the YouTube videos... but if it is really bennificial, well we will see in about 12 weeks.

I just started with the programme so my review is a bit on the early side. Still, I wanted to comment on the stretching exercises which I‘ve been doing regularly the past week and they are just great! I had lumbar spine surgery last May and pain ever since until I did the stretching exercises. I now finally have no pain, apart from the general feeling of wellbeing that comes from stretching. Good beginning!
