Instead of having to watch multiple videos and patch it together to DIY a plan it would be much better to have some options laid out. Some brief descriptions of the exercises/stretches would be helpful too to jog the memory as most of them I've never heard of. Probably more suited to someone who already goes to a gym”
“It’s great for someone new to training, with that being said if you have a solid foundation or are already on a regimented plan it’s difficult to work in this training. I was looking for new workouts to incorporate into my existing routine and I probably won’t get much use out of it. I am not new to weight training or interval training kinda my fault for buying into something I already had a solid understanding of.”

Still, I wanted to comment on the stretching exercises which I‘ve been doing regularly the past week and they are just great! I had lumbar spine surgery last May and pain ever since until I did the stretching exercises. I now finally have no pain, apart from the general feeling of wellbeing that comes from stretching.
