“I just finished the 12 week program! I knew this would be a great program to get me through our snowy winter, and it didnt disappoint! My balance has really improved and my strength in many lifts has increased. I was already going to the gym to lift before the program, but I still felt challenged with the combination of moves in each workout. Loved the intervals!! Its been hard to compare my riding outside because I'm on my fatty in the snow right now, but my riding has felt stronger. My only regret it that I didnt lose any pounds or inches while on the program like I was hoping.”
