Just started the program, starting week 2. So far I'm liking it . The intervals are a challenge because all I have is my mtb and small hills around my house. Also the trails are closed due to spring thawing. Jim MN, USA

A very informative and comprehensive guide to fitness training. Even as I am currently towards the end of week 2 of the programme, I can feel and see the positive effects of following the programme. I would really recommend this programme to anyone looking to improve their fitness and ability on the bike.

Really enjoying the first week of the program. Would be good if the print out had some little pictures with the program to remind me which exercise.
