I bought the 12 week program just as New Zealand started its 4 week lockdown. It's been a sanity-saver! Knowing I'm getting fit for something I can do once this is over is a great motivator and the home-based program is really easy to set up and stick to. I'm already feeling the difference when I'm out riding. Matt is a friendly, positive presence on social media and I really enjoy engaging with him and the other participants on social media.

I have just finished my first week in the program and love it thus far. I look forward to seeing where the program takes my riding over the next 11 weeks.
