Hard to give an in-depth review at this point in time as I’m only in my 1st week of the programme, but from what I’ve been doing and seeing what’s coming up, it’s hard not to see the up coming benefits this will add to my MTBing. Will review again in 2-3weeks time👍

Keeps you focused on the whole objective. I though, just keep riding you will get faster and in better shape. Sure it helped but once you put the whole package together you become a different Mountain Biker! Enjoying the program and look forward to my end goal!

This is perfect mix of strength building and stamina building between the home training and bike intervals, just the daily stretching routine as helped loads......highly reccomended

Well structured package, only just in the 1St stages of using the program, initial signs are good and help is readily available if needed... great program
