“I decided to wait with my review until I finished week 4. I really like the program. It is a difficult task to make a training program that fits all but I think you have done a great job; simple and efficient.
Some years ago I worked with a personal trainer. Back then I had a rest week once a month which was essential. To get back to your program, I think you should expand it to include a rest week after each 4 weeks session.
Due to the coronavirus I am doing the strength training sessions at home. I had to modify some of the exercises because I don’t have a pole to wrap the band around. I tried once around the banister but I was afraid to pull it down (and I don’t weigh a lot) 🤣.
What is really important to me is that now I have a plan for my training. I bike a lot (both road and MTB) but even though I am in pretty good shape, I still benefit from your program. I am taking a rest week this week and I am looking forward to starting week 5 next week.
Have you thought about adding technical skills training (could be an add-on, I am thinking that some people would be happy paying extra for that)? Fitness is great but technical skills are equally important.

“I bought this plan following 3-months of Joe Wicks Body Coach; his plans are really easy to follow and are tailored to the individual according to weight, height etc. This plan has good content, but takes some figuring out. It could be simplified by offering a home plan or a gym plan - that would cut out a lot of unnecessary information. Don’t mistake me, I’m glad I bought it and will be trying to follow it (loosely).”

After week 1 I noticed the interval training was still difficult but easier to push through, then the same again at the snag end of week 2.
