“As I am quite unfit 62 year old, been putting off getting the programme for nearly a year. In the end I said go for it. Probably be more like a 20 week programme for me. Like the stretches, try to do these daily. Like the way Matt sets out the routines for different levels of ability. Having started ( I am near end of week 1) I am determined to complete one way or another.”
