“I've been a mountain biker for around 10 years, and 6 years ago, I was half decent... but, the time constraints of running a business (and making excuses) have really taken their toll over the last few years.

Something had to change!! As luck would have it, ads for the MTB Fitness 12 week program kept popping up in my Instagram feed, so I took the plunge. Its so reasonably priced, I figured what do I have to lose?
At first it was tricky as my gym had restricted time limits, and I could only use the equipment in certain zones each day (thanks Covid), but I made it work. I'm pleased to say, I only missed 3 sessions in the entire 12 weeks.
The results have amazed me. I am stronger, faster, and I feel amazing. I am getting up those hills with ease now. AND, I've dropped 6kg, which, as a post-menopausal woman, is no easy feat!
The instruction from Matt was great, with the links to the videos. I loved the variety of the workouts, I've actually never stuck to a fitness program before, probably because I've gotten bored!
I've always lived by the premise to get better I just need to ride more, but now I know this is not the best way. I'm having a rest week this week, and next week I'm starting the 12 week program again!!

“The stretching and workout info is very good. The embedded links to the YouTube tutorial is very handy. my only recommendation would be a link to follow along with each workout. This would help greatly when learning the new workouts without stopping and starting.”
