A good and detailed program to (re)start again with training. I would never start the core training at home without this 12weeks plan. The interval program is very simple on paper and fruitful in training.

I Matt Sorry for delay but I haven’t start the programme yet because a knee injury which happened the week after I bought it, I should start in the next couple of weeks 😎 I went through the programme and it is simple to follow, which it’s suitable for a busy man like me And I can’t wait to try my new bike 😎 Thanks for everything 👋

The program is well explained, great links to YouTube videos for exercises. Supportive FB group too. Really helps during COVID. Looking forward to getting fitter! Only thing is I'd like a little more weights options (but no fancy gym pully equipment) for the home workouts.

The training programme has been fantastic! at first the manual may not be so easy to follow or understand, but once you get it its easy to customize it to your own needs and goals. Im 44 and been riding for years and years without a real plan, this has provided me with tools to see real improvements and so far so good.
