Really well written and put together with top quality presentation and advice. The videos of the exercises were great and separate programmes for both the home and the gym is a fantastic idea. It's got me training again so highly recommended!

Two days in and I am super motivated. All your advice alines with my thinking around nutrition and and exercise. It is cool the way you have links to everything so I can check in and make sure what I am doing is correct and fit for purpose. I am following the home programme and I have got a bit of a basic home gym, with bosu ball, swiss ball, kettle bell etc so I can see that I will be able to mix in some of the gym options once I build some strength and get my routines established. So far so good and am excited about the next twelve weeks and smashing my goals.

'Well I'm only in the first week of the 12-week challenge but loving it so far. Easy to follow and very structured which is what I needed. I knew I needed to get fitter as hitting 50 last year the body is feeling a little average but I don't like gyms, so the at-home program is perfect for me. Also, love the stretches each day, I knew I was tight but wow Id becomes quite inflexible so looking forward to that changing also.

It’s early days but it looks like a comprehensive programme. I keep active but when you haven’t done squats or lunges for a while you feel the pain very early on when doing to home programme v the gym. Lactic acid coursing through my quads and glutes…..

I really can't review this properly having only downloaded it a week ago, but it is very well laid out & well presented, making it easy to understand & to follow. The weekly training plan diary/worksheets are fantastic, easy to print & record each workout. Plenty of great advice to read up on prior to starting!
