It is cool the way you have links to everything so I can check in and make sure what I am doing is correct and fit for purpose. I am following the home programme and I have got a bit of a basic home gym, with bosu ball, swiss ball, kettle bell etc so I can see that I will be able to mix in some of the gym options once I build some strength and get my routines established.
