“My friend and I had been on the hunt for a new sofa bed for months, and we finally stumbled upon this gem. We were a bit hesitant to buy online, but, we are glad we did! We went for the Alta Corner Sofa bed in Kronos 7, and it totally exceeded our expectations! The quality and comfort are top-notch, and the range of colours and fabrics available is impressive too! The customer service is worth noting as well. They reached out to me just a day after our purchase to check in and make sure we were happy with my fabric choice, and even sent me samples to be 100%. And when we ended up switching to a cheaper fabric option, they processed our refund within a week. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be more flexibility in delivery arrangements. It would be great if we had more than five days' notice, as deliveries are only made on Saturdays within London. It took 8 weeks from the purchase date to the arranged delivery date. But honestly, that's a minor inconvenience compared to how awesome everything else was. Overall, I can't recommend M Sofas enough! They offer such great value for your money, and I promise you won't regret choosing them!”

“We love it! We picked Monolith matterial. And it's great. Keep water from soaking if any spils. We waited 6 weeks. It okay I think. And we were informed about delivery almost week before,so had a time to make space. Would add photo but can't see how to.”
