“I was very pleased with the service from everybody involved in the process. I used the chat help and they were very useful and helpful. Same with the email. The delivery guys were super nice. The produce is very nice. The only thing I was disappointed about is the finish on the pull out section of the sofa which I was expecting to be made with the same fabric as the sofa. Instead it is a complete different fabric in a complete different colour so not a fan, but there was no picture of the sofa opened up online so I did assume it'd be one way and I didn't ask. For the rest, looking good.”
