“Amazing sofa! I ordered in the Malia fabric and its so lush, comfy and perfect for my flat! Customer service from everyone at MSofas has been wonderful. If you're thinking of ordering then do it as I have certainly not regretted ordering this sofa online. I'd say the feel is firm but not uncomfortable at all. More like a memory foam type comfort level. I also went for the London footstall to match and its worked out perfectly in terms of style and height match. Thanks MSofas!”

“This sofa is stunning, I can't tell you how happy we are with it! It looks wonderful in our lounge and all our visitors comment on how beautiful it is. The bed is a little hard but whenever it is needed we just put our memory foam topper on it. It's a great size for sleeping on and easy to pull out and put away. The storage section is large and holds all our bedding. Thank you to the delivery men, they did a great job getting it in through our narrow hallway and were very polite and professional. I will definitely be buying from this company again!”

“Great, modern looking sofa, very good quality and very comfortable. I ordered it in a more expensive stain resistant fabric but changed my mind soon after placing the order to a fabric which wasn't stain resistant but was in a nicer colour. It was not a problem to change it, the difference in price was returned to me promptly. Neither was a problem to change the colour for the sofa's legs, even it was not a standard option for the sofa! The customer service was first class, very helpful, quick to answer both by email or on a phone, the lady answered to all my questions, kept me updated about the order and delivery times. Delivery it self was seamless, I received an email with delivery date, confirmed the day suits me, on a day I got a text 30min before, the guys arrived, brought the sofa in, unpacked it, put together and took all packaging away! Great product, great service!”

“The sofa is great, looks really nice in our sitting room. Very comfortable to sit and relax. One night we tried to sleep on it. For me was quite comfy as I do not like soft matrasses, for my husband the sleeping area was too hard. I want to say special thank you for delivery men. They tried hard to fit it through a door and at the end the sofa was delivered through a window :) Also great communication during the whole process. In common we are very happy with our purchase.”
