“This sofa is really nice quality. The premium leather is nice and soft. The cushions are very firm at first but loosen up after a couple weeks of use. The adjustable headrests use a nice solid mechanism, much better than one I saw at a well known permanently discounted high street store. I had a problem with one of the chrome feet under the couch cracking Msofas ordered the part, came and fitted it without any hassles. I was kept informed about delivery every step of the way. The sofa was delivered within their estimated time. I was called to confirm delivery times and two friendly and helpful guys came and delivered the sofa to the room of my choice. The sofa was unpacked, I was shown how it all works and the packaging removed. I was a bit apprehensive about using Msofas at first but their professionalism and excellant customer service put me at ease. There is no call centre here or calls being held in a queue you will speak directly to a member of staff who will help u straight away.”
