“Hello, Good quality, well-built and amazing design. On the negative side it’s not so comfortable. In regards with the delivery, according to the delivery team, knowing that usually there are issues delivering this specific model due to its size, it should be delivered already dismounted rather than charging additional fees during the delivery, also it should be made clear to customers that deliveries higher then the third floor there is an additional fee of £40 on top of the £88 charged while placing the order and no insurance. Thank you!”

“This is a great sofa, it is firm, the colour (Inari 22) was as expected. the linen is not holding much dirt but that could be something to be careful about in the long run as it is a light colour. there was a small issue with the wheels, customer services sent their services team to look into it in 3 days. great response from the team. I think based on the current market, the price I paid was okay. I would buy from them again, and would recommend this sofa, don't think there is a better option for a L shaped Sofa bed in the UK market.”
