“I couldn’t fault M Sofas. Originally wary due to a lack of social media presence and not being a known brand, but it’s genuinely the best experience I have had buying large pieces of furniture online. It was super easy to order swatches to compare colours and fabrics. It was super easy to order and I utilised the 0% apr finance opportunity which again was easy to navigate. I actually ended up ordering the wrong size as I had 2 tabs open and as soon as I realised, I emailed and had a phone call back straight away, and within 5 minutes not only was the order changed without question, they also changed the finance agreement without even a sign of frustration or difficulty on their part. I know that this would have been a completely different story with other larger generic stores and/or cancellation/amendment fees would apply. Website advised 9 weeks wait time which again I was happy with but I got an email offering a delivery option within 4 weeks of ordering! Delivery was seamless. In the morning I got a estimated time- this is the only feedback I would say is that this timescale isn’t realistic for the delivery firm as the sofa wasn’t delivered in that timeframe and the company advised that their system automatically generates times without taking into consideration the other companies they deliver on behalf of. However, when I did phone they were able to provide a realistic estimated time and they were right on this. Delivery drivers brought in the sofa, were friendly and placed the sofa where we wanted it. They ensured I was happy and it was exactly the right sofa on the order form before they left. Now onto the actual sofa- it is absolutely perfect. The fabric is even better than expected, super easy to keep clean with 3 big dogs and still looks brand new. From not knowing M Sofas existing to wanting to shout from the rooftop how pleased I am, I wouldn’t hesitate for them to be our ‘go to’ furniture shop! Thank you so much. You have one very happy customer (and 3 happy dogs!)”

“The sofa is amazing! Ot would be good to have better tracking/updates to the sofa eg: it's in production/ it's in the wait list. However the delivery guys were great and ita so comfortable and well made would use again.”
