“The company were very flexible and understanding with my busy schedule and delivered on the day I was available. Throughout the process they were great with updating me and answering any questions that I had regarding my order. The delivery personal were absolutely amazing. One of the delivery guys asked if he could come up and assess the space they have to work with and when he was satisfied he went back to their truck to grab the packages. There was 2 of them, one grabbed the packages and the other unpacked them and put them together. When they were done, they grabbed the trash with them and got rid of it. I was absolutely amazed with the couch, the color and the way it looked. The pictures doesn't do jt justice, as far as the colour. At first it was stiff but when you go around and just sit on the couch to break it in, it softens up. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who wants to buy a couch of any sort. You deserve 5 stars. From the beginning to the end! Many thanks MSofas, I am well pleased with the product and service!”
