“Easy to use. So much better for your body than tampons and good for the environment. I can't believe I held off getting one for so long. Most of my friends now use a cup to be more environmentally friendly but those that don't, I'm trying to convert. If youre still not sure, read period power to learn more about your cycle and the clear benefits of a cup over other menstrual products!”

“I have been using for 4 months and I'm still on the fence to be honest, but I am persevering nonetheless..Heres my high/low lights.. I love that I am not using all the single use plastics and bleached tampons etc etc.. It took a few attempts to master getting it in place, now that's fairly straightforward. I have only had 1 little leak, nothing more than the usual that can happen with any product.. I am however, still struggling with the removal. I find it difficult, uncomfortable and messy. (Not yet attempted out and about due to lockdowns...) also, I find the stem at times uncomfortable. I've cut it down as per the instructions but don't want to make it too short as removal is tricky enough as it is.. I understand why it has the ridges on it (for much needed grip!!) But they can make me very sore and then I feel like it's not worth it...”

“I have been really happy with my Mooncup - it's feels great to be using a sustainable option which means sending no waste to landfill throughout my period. I did find it slightly tricky to get the hang of at first, and it does taking some getting used to, but persevere because after just one period I felt confident in using it and would never turn back. It's comfortable, feels cleaner and I never have to worry about running out of tampons!! 100% worth giving one a go.”

“After struggling with finding the correct position the first few times, the moon cup is now working really well for me. I'm finding it easier to use now after a couple of periods. My periods are generally quite a heavy flow and I felt cleaner using the moon cup and was not using all those sanitary products.”
