“Honestly this has changed my life. Its amazing. It took a while to get used to inserting it and I really did have to persever, but I would never go back. I do think though, that a smaller size would be better. But this product is brilliant.”

“I was pretty skeptical of switching from tampons to a cup but I honestly haven't looked back since making the swap. I've found my periods have felt much less painful when using the Mooncup, and there's the obvious benefit of no monthly plastic waste! It fits very well and has never leaked or caused any issues. I would highly recommend Mooncup to anyone who has to deal with periods! :)”

“The quality of the moon cup is great and the packaging/instructions are easy to follow. It comes with a little carry pouch which is discreet and there are lots of things to read on the website. Unfortunately this brand of cup didn’t work for me as it is on the harder end of the cup scale and resulted in more painful cramps and made me need to wee more because of the firmer material. I learned that I was a lot more sensitive than I thought down there with a higher cervix top. This is entirely down to the individual and different for every woman. I recommend taking the ‘put a cup in it’ online test before you buy so you can work out what cup may be more suitable. Enjoy!”

“I don't think I have quite got the hang of it yet. It took me about 4 cycles to be able to insert it, which was painful. Even then, it was quite uncomfortable and when I took it out it was extremely painful. But I know a lot of people it works for, so it is clearly something I am doing wrong. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.”
