It takes a little bit of patience but all told I am really pleased with my Mooncup! Less waste, less leakage and more natural than tampons. I would recommend.

This is my second one since a few years ago. I love mooncup, which gives me much comfort during my periods. That would be perfect if the cup comes with a case for sterilising. Be the way, just a question: is it better/easier for daily bowel movement if I push the cup toward more inside? When I try to push more to defecate, I would push the cup out too.

Took a bit of getting used to (especially removing it) but there are lots of YouTube videos and articles online to help you adapt. Now I love using it- how much money it saves, not having to worry about leaks, how there's no waste (and removing it is now a breeze). I don't know if it's a coincidence but my period pain has also gone down since using it - I was surprised as I hadn't seen this advertised as a benefit of mooncups but having googled it seems a few others have the same side effect though it's not scientifically proven. Anyway, I'm a big fan of mooncup now and really glad I made the switch. Would highly recommend! Be patient at the start, do your research, try out a few methods and chances are you'll soon be a happy mooncup user too.

I’ve only ever used the Mooncup brand, but it works well for me. I never feel it once it’s in place, and I’ve never had any leaks. I’m a diver for work, so I’m stuck on boats all day and underwater for hours. This has been a game changer. No more awkward tampon changes behind a towel or fear of leaks!

Good product although requires heavy sanitising with antibacterial/disinfectant (medical grade) regularly.

I found this really difficult to get in and out. There was some abrasion and I was quite sore and irritated where it had been rubbing during the day and also on insertion/removal. So I've used it for one period and haven't dared to try it again. Possibly i got one that was a little too big, but I followed the size guide on the website. It's not something easy to try and not possible to sell on or send back, so it's just sitting in my bathroom cupboard and I'm back on the tampons.

This should not be happening and you’ve done the right thing to take a break form using your Mooncup® for now. I've been using Mooncups for the last 5 or 6 years and will never look back at using horrible tampons! They last as long as you look after them (I've only had to buy another after having a baby, as recommended). Do it for yourself, you won't regret it!

I’ve been waiting months to try this after waiting two years for my periods to return after the birth of my son! The day finally came and it’s the first time I’ve been excited to see my period - i’d watched an instructional video on the internet about how to insert and had no problems whatsoever. Again removing was a lot easier than i had anticipated. Once I’d cut the stem to the correct length for me I actually kept forgetting i was actually on my period - so comfy, convenient, and good for the environment. I really do wish i had found this method earlier, but as they say better late than never!
